The LP200 is an automated mobile phase preparation system integrating both online degassing and filtration. It employs intelligent calculations and multi-channel precise fluid control technology to enable one-click preparation of mobile phases with any composition and desired pH value, achieving a maximum flow rate of 1L/min.
Researchers can easily access pre-formulated recipes or utilize the system's intelligent algorithms to automatically calculate ratios based on pH and raw material parameters, facilitating fully automated and precise preparation while concurrently recording all process data. Its unique design allows for continuous preparation of different types of mobile phases without the need for cleaning, significantly enhancing efficiency when switching between multiple systems.
The built-in integrated degassing module actively eliminates dissolved gases in real time, ensuring that the gas content in the mobile phase remains consistently below 3 ppm. Additionally, the concurrently operating online filtration module automatically captures particulate impurities, allowing the prepared mobile phase to be used directly for HPLC/LC-MS analysis without the need for further processing.
